Article 31.1 is a project conceived in response to this years theme by a group of artists who have a shared interest in the city & its spaces, and have begun to explore what it really means to be playful in London. To this end they have re-cast Article 31 of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child - the Right to Play - as a Universal Right to Play for all within the city.
